Position Summary

As a Sales & Business Development Representative, you will play a pivotal role in acquiring and nurturing business customers across traditional industries such as retail, logistics, healthcare, financial services, and manufacturing. Your focus will be on selling Beem's communication solutions and APIs to help businesses enhance customer engagement, streamline operations, and drive digital transformation.

The ideal candidate is a results-driven sales professional with experience in solution selling, managing a sales pipeline, and exceeding revenue targets. This role requires strong consultative selling skills, the ability to understand customer pain points, and a commercial mindset to effectively position Beem's enterprise communication solutions to business decision-makers.

Responsibilities

  • Identify & engage traditional businesses (retail, logistics, healthcare, finance, etc.) to drive adoption of Beem's communication solutions.
  • Understand the buyer's journey for traditional businesses and tailor Beem's value proposition to their specific pain points.
  • Consult with customers to understand their needs, present tailored solutions, and demonstrate Beem's products.
  • Provide technical walkthroughs and product demonstrations for decision-makers in non-technical industries.
  • Manage sales pipeline, drive conversions, and exceed revenue targets through strategic selling.
  • Build & maintain relationships with new and existing enterprise customers, ensuring retention and growth through cross-selling & up-selling.
  • Develop proposals & pricing models for large enterprise clients, ensuring alignment with their business needs.
  • Track sales performance using CRM tools and provide market insights to refine strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, and customer success) to enhance customer experience and optimize sales processes.

This position is for you if you:

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management, preferably in enterprise solutions, cloud communications or SaaS sales.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field (a plus).
  • Strong network and knowledge of traditional industries (retail, logistics, healthcare, finance, and manufacturing), with experience selling enterprise communication solutions.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and closing high-value deals in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Technical acumen to understand and explain Beem's communication solutions (BeemEngage, BeemMoja, BeemRewards, BeemAPIs) and tailor pitches to non-technical decision-makers.
  • Experience with CRM tools and data-driven sales methodologies to track sales performance and optimize the sales process.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence key decision-makers and handle objections effectively.
  • Strategic and analytical mindset, capable of developing customized pricing models and sales proposals for enterprise customers.
  • Highly organized with strong time management and prioritization skills, able to balance multiple deals simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, capable of working independently while collaborating across teams (marketing, product, and customer success).
  • Resilient and adaptable, comfortable selling in a dynamic, rapidly evolving market.
  • Eager to learn and continuously improve, with a strong ability to absorb industry trends and customer insights.
  • Willingness to travel for business meetings, industry events, and conferences as needed.
