The Role: Your Chance to Shape Our Next Chapter

As our 
Business Development Manager
 (and yes, you'll wear the office admin hat too, because we are a lean, mean, growing machine), you'll be the heartbeat of our National operations. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you'll dive into forging partnerships that skyrocket our reach, scouting fresh opportunities in the travel scene, and keeping our office humming like a well-oiled engine. Think: networking with hotels and tour ops one day, streamlining admin flows the next, all while infusing that passion for wanderlust into every move.

Key vibes you'll bring to the table:

• Hunt and Hustle
  : Spot business leads, pitch killer proposals, and close deals that expand our fleet and footprint.
• Admin Alchemy
  : Manage day-to-day ops—scheduling, supplier syncs, and keeping our Kisumu office smooth.
• Growth Guru
  : Analyze trends, track metrics, and brainstorm ways to make Lala Cabs the ultimate travel sidekick.

This is a hands-on, physical role in 
our Kisumu office
 -expect to be out and about, building connections and making things happen. We're looking for someone ready to roll up their sleeves and start revving in

Who We're Road-Tripping With

A 
diploma or higher
 in Business Administration, Marketing, Tourism, or a related field (that's your entry ticket).

• Fired up about travel?
   We want your genuine love for the industry shining through, bonus points if you've got some hands-on experience in tourism, hospitality, or mobility services.
• Sharp communicator, organized wizard, and a proactive problem-solver who thrives in a startup-like vibe with big-league polish.
• Tech-comfy (think CRM tools, Google Workspace) and ready for the physical hustle of office life in Kisumu.
