Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Data Analyst based in Nairobi County, Kenya, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Business Data Analyst will be responsible for collecting and analyzing data, developing data models, interpreting statistical results, and providing actionable insights. Effective communication of data-driven findings and recommendations to stakeholders is a critical part of the role.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills and experience in Data Analytics
- Proficiency in Statistics and Data Modeling
- Excellent Communication skills to convey complex data insights clearly
- Proficiency with data analysis tools and software
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or related field
- Experience in the IT industry is a plus
