Quanta Three Sixty Ltd (Q360) - a subsidiary of Auto Audit Group, is a licensed and Insurance Regulatory Authority (IRA)-certified motor assessment and valuation firm serving major insurance companies, financial institutions, and individuals. Q360 provides motor accident assessments, pre-insurance valuations, forensic claims investigations, post-repair audits, hybrid/electric vehicle assessments, and extended warranty inspections.
About the RoleWe are seeking to recruit a highly talented and experienced Operations Manager with a strong background in the automotive industry. This role will be critical in streamlining operational processes, driving team performance, and ensuring exceptional service delivery across the group.
The role holder will provide exceptional leadership, process optimization skills, and a proven track record of managing people and operations in fast-paced environments.
Key ResponsibilitiesOversee the end-to-end operations of Q360's motor assessment and valuation services, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to insurance companies, financial institutions, and clients.
Review and streamline workflows for accident assessments, pre-insurance valuations, forensic investigations, and post-repair audits.
Monitor key operational metrics (turnaround time, quality standards, client satisfaction) and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Build and lead a team of assessors, valuers, and support staff to achieve operational excellence.
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing operations team in the company.
Drive a performance-based culture with clear KPIs, accountability, and professional development.
Foster collaboration between operations, business development, and customer service teams.
Review existing processes and identify areas for automation, digitization, or simplification to increase efficiency.
Ensure compliance with IRA regulations and other relevant automotive industry standards.
Prepare regular reports on operational performance, resource utilization, and client feedback for senior management.
Serve as the key point of contact for escalated operational issues.
Bachelor's degree in automotive engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
5+ years of experience in operations management within the automotive industry, with a focus on assessments, valuations, or related services.
Proven track record of process improvement, team leadership, and cross-functional collaboration.
Solid understanding of the automotive insurance ecosystem and regulatory frameworks.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational abilities.
