Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Volunteer, located in Nairobi. The Project Volunteer will support daily project activities, including organizing and facilitating youth empowerment workshops, conducting SRHR education sessions, and participating in climate action initiatives. Additional tasks include collaborating with team members on project planning and implementation, engaging with community stakeholders, and providing administrative support as needed.

Qualifications

  • Experience in youth empowerment, leadership training, and mentorship
  • Knowledge of SRHR education, contraceptive access, and gender equality advocacy
  • Skills in climate education, environmental conservation, and youth-led advocacy
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and engage with diverse community members
  • Passion for community development and youth advocacy
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is a plus
