About the Role

We're looking for a Data Analyst & Integrations Associate to join our growing Analytics team. You'll work directly with the IT, CRM, and Analytics Manager to manage data flows, support analytics and reporting, and ensure real-time integration with external platform providers.

This role sits at the intersection of data science, systems integration, and day-to-day operations. If you're someone who enjoys solving practical data challenges, understands how systems talk to each other, and can work comfortably across both structured reporting and fast-paced environments, this is for you.

What You'll Do

·       Integrate with external platform providers (via APIs, SFTP, or direct database access) to extract, process, and monitor real-time data feeds

·       Own and manage data pipelines - transforming raw data into analytics-ready formats

·       Support internal reporting and dashboard development across departments

·       Write and optimize SQL queries (especially in PostgreSQL) for both ad-hoc and recurring needs

·       Help automate routine analytics workflows and identify opportunities for smarter, faster processes

·       Collaborate with teams across Marketing, CRM, Finance, and Operations to make sure data is accurate and actionable

·       Monitor and manage server-side processes and data flow, troubleshoot issues, and escalate when needed

What You Should Have

Technical Skills

·       Strong hands-on experience with PostgreSQL (queries, views, procedures, performance tuning)

·       Solid working knowledge of Microsoft tools - especially Excel (Power Query, PivotTables), Power BI, Azure and more

·       Good understanding of APIs, webhooks, and SFTP data integrations

·       Comfortable working with servers - scheduling jobs, writing scripts, basic troubleshooting

·       Experience with real-time or streaming data is a strong plus

·       Bonus: Familiarity with Python or another scripting language for light automation or ETL work
