Nairobi, Nairobi Area, Kenya rescue Full time 500,000 - 1,200,000 per year

The company
At , we build technology that saves lives.

Every day, our dispatch systems connect people in urgent need with medical, security, and roadside assistance - faster, smarter, and with more reliability than ever before. Today, our platform coordinates the largest network of ambulances, security, airevac and roadside responders in East Africa.

We're looking for passionate team members to help design, build, and scale the core systems and keep our operations running smoothly in a high-pressure, high-impact environment.
If you thrive on meaningful challenges, love crafting reliable tech systems, or love the thrill of running fast-paced, high-impact operations - and if want to be part of a team that impacts lives every day - we'd love to hear from you.
The Role

At , we're on a mission to transform emergency response across Africa. This role sits at the heart of our operations, expanding and elevating our network of ambulance and road rescue partners. You'll be the engine behind recruiting, onboarding, and equipping new providers, while ensuring every partner is trained, connected, and ready to deliver life-saving care.

This isn't a desk job. You'll be out in the field, traveling to meet providers, running trainings, leading inspections, and solving challenges in real time. You'll use insights from the ground to shape how we grow, strengthen relationships, and raise the bar on performance. And you'll bring those lessons back to the team to drive impact at scale.

We're looking for someone proactive, organized, and energized by people. You'll need sharp communication skills, an eye for detail, and the grit to keep pushing for higher standards in a fast-moving environment. Above all, you'll be motivated by the chance to make emergency care more reliable, accessible, and effective for millions.

What You'll Do

  • Build and expand our emergency response network by recruiting and onboarding new partners
  • Train and equip providers on the tools, standards, and protocols that power our system
  • Conduct inspections, field visits, and performance reviews to keep quality high
  • Solve problems quickly by working across teams and with partners on the ground
  • Use data and field insights to continuously improve onboarding, training, and engagement
  • Report on key outcomes and progress to the leadership team

What Success Looks Like

  • A growing network of ambulance and rescue providers that is reliable and ready to respond
  • Partners who are confident, well-trained, and consistently delivering high-quality care
  • Regular inspections and reviews that keep standards high across the board
  • Strong, trusted relationships with providers who feel supported and engaged
  • Data and insights from the field that fuel constant improvements in operations
  • An emergency response system that is faster, smarter, and more dependable for the people who rely on it

What We're Looking For

  • A Bachelor's degree or Diploma in business, operations, logistics, technology, or another relevant field
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • A natural systems-thinker who enjoys building processes and finding smarter ways to get things done
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable learning and working with new tools, platforms, and data systems
  • Experience using data to track performance, improve workflows, and inform decision-making
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in driving results
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Swahili or other languages spoken in East Africa is a plus
  • Willingness to travel frequently and engage directly with partners in the field
