We specialize in fundraising strategy, investor outreach, and transaction support, helping founders and businesses access the right capital to scale.

Role Overview:

We're looking for a Venture Partnerships Associate — a highly connected individual with strong relationships in the startup, investor, or corporate ecosystem — to refer companies and founders raising capital to AM Nexus Capital.

This is a fully remote, independent, commission-based role with the opportunity to transition into a Partner position upon unlocking substantial closed deal flow.

Your network and ability to identify fundable businesses are your superpowers.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and refer startups, SMEs, and businesses raising capital that can benefit from AM Nexus Capital's fundraising expertise.

Maintain relationships with founders, accelerators, and investors across your network.

Facilitate introductions between prospective clients and the AM Nexus Capital team.

Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth onboarding of referred companies.

Track leads, referrals, and closed deals for commission reporting.

What We're Looking For:

Deep networks within the startup, investment, or corporate ecosystem (Africa, Europe, or North America).

Experience working with founders, investors, or business leaders.

Entrepreneurial mindset, self-driven, and capable of operating independently.

Excellent communication, networking, and relationship management skills.

Passion for innovation, startups, and venture development.

Compensation:

Commission-based: Earn attractive commissions on each successful client engagement or closed fundraising deal you refer.

Partner Track: Eligible for partnership consideration upon achieving consistent and substantial closed deal flow.
