Overview
We're seeking a highly driven and resourceful
Management Associate
to support strategic execution, cross-functional coordination, and executive enablement across the organization. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments, demonstrates strong business acumen, and is eager to contribute to high-impact initiatives that shape operational and strategic outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Executive & Administrative Support
- Manage calendars for management executives and team leads, ensuring optimal use of time and meeting attendance.
- Prepare and maintain schedules for internal and external meetings, including agenda setting and attendee coordination.
- Coordinate travel, accommodation, and logistics for executives and team members, including venue sourcing and contracting with external providers.
- Organize travel arrangements (flights, hotels, rental cars) and prepare briefing materials and information packets for leadership.
- Secure suitable venues for management meetings and strategic events, negotiating terms and ensuring alignment with internal policies.
Strategic & Analytical Support
- Provide analysis of strategic concepts and financial assumptions, offering actionable recommendations to support decision-making.
- Evaluate organization-wide financial data and operational methods to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
- Influence business unit leadership through data-driven insights and strategic advisory.
- Communicate complex ideas and top-level information clearly to senior management and key stakeholders.
- Rapidly absorb new management concepts and deliver high-quality outputs across diverse assignments.
Program & Project Coordination
- Support the ongoing development and refinement of the Management Associates Program, contributing to talent growth and operational excellence.
- Liaise with cross-functional teams to resolve bottlenecks and improve process efficiency.
- Track progress of key initiatives and provide regular updates to leadership.
- Maintain documentation, dashboards, and internal records with precision and confidentiality.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in operations, administration, or coordination roles.
- Strong attention to detail, with excellent time management and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable using digital collaboration tools (e.g., Teams, SharePoint, Google Workspace).
- A proactive mindset—able to anticipate needs, prioritize tasks, and work independently.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a fast-paced, multinational, or cross-functional environment.
- Exposure to strategic planning, vendor coordination, or internal consulting.
- Strong data analysis and reporting skills using Excel or Power BI.
- Background in HR, finance, or business development.
- Prior involvement in event coordination or internal communications.
- Demonstrated professional discretion in handling confidential information.

Previous Work Experience
- 1–3 years in operations, administrative support, project coordination, or a related role.
- Experience managing day-to-day operational tasks, tracking deliverables, and supporting cross-functional teams.
- Exposure to process improvement, workflow management, or internal reporting.
- Experience in fast-paced environments such as BPOs, corporate offices, startups, or international projects is a plus.
- Prior involvement in event coordination, vendor management, or stakeholder engagement is desirable.
- Hands-on experience with digital tools for collaboration, project tracking, or data management.
