We are seeking a
Pre-Sales Engineer
with strong technical expertise to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Audio Visual (AV) systems, CCTV surveillance, and Fire & Evacuation systems, with the ability to design, present, and implement solutions that meet diverse client needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with clients to understand technical requirements and propose appropriate solutions.
  • Design and develop system layouts, schematics, and Bills of Quantities (BOQs) for AV, CCTV, and Fire/Evacuation systems.
  • Prepare and deliver solution presentations, proposals, and technical documentation.
  • Support the sales team with technical input during pre-sales engagements, RFPs, and tender submissions.
  • Coordinate with project and implementation teams to ensure smooth transition from design to execution.
  • Stay updated with the latest technologies, products, and industry standards.

Requirements

  • Proven understanding of Audio Visual systems, CCTV surveillance, and Fire & Evacuation systems.
  • Knowledge of system design, specification, and implementation across the listed technologies.
  • Familiarity with leading brands and solutions in AV, CCTV, and Fire systems.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to simplify technical concepts for clients.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with sales and project teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering / Information Technology, or related field is preferred.
