McCullogh Real Estate is seeking a driven and customer-focused 
Property Sales Advisor
 to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate is confident, persuasive, and able to guide clients through the end-to-end property queries while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads, identify potential buyers, and convert prospects into sales
  • Conduct property presentations, client consultations, and site visits
  • Understand client needs and recommend suitable property options
  • Prepare sales offers, proposals, and documentation
  • Maintain strong client relationships and provide timely support
  • Track leads and conversions using CRM tools
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Stay informed about market trends, pricing, and competitor activities

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of proven sales experience (real estate experience is an added advantage)
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and customer service skills
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and work in a target-driven environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems is a plus
  • Must be organized, proactive, and results-oriented
