Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Insurance Financial Advisor based in Nairobi County, Kenya. The successful candidate will advise clients on financial planning, retirement planning, insurance solutions, and investment opportunities. Key responsibilities include understanding client needs, creating tailored financial plans, and building long-term relationships based on trust. The role requires identifying opportunities within the market, achieving sales targets, and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of Financial Planning and Retirement Planning to design tailored solutions for clients.
  • Proficiency in Finance and Investments to provide strategic advice and maximize client benefits.
  • Understanding of Insurance products and services to offer comprehensive coverage solutions.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills to foster trust and build client relationships.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a proven track record in achieving sales targets.
  • Previous experience in financial services or insurance is highly advantageous.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
