Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Quality Control and Logistics Manager, based in Nairobi County, Kenya. The manager will oversee quality assurance processes to ensure the delivery of high-quality produce, monitor supply chain operations, and optimize inventory management. Responsibilities include supervising logistics and transportation, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve operational efficiency. The role also involves analyzing performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance processes.

Qualifications

  • Experience in quality control, inventory management, and supply chain management
  • Proficiency in logistics operations and coordination
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities
  • Knowledge of global and regional agricultural products and practices is an asset
  • Competency in using supply chain software and tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Agriculture, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced on-site environment with a focus on process optimization and high-quality outcomes
