Site Operator To represent and coordinate administrative and facilities functions across the company's offices, ensuring the efficient operation of physical infrastructure. Key Responsibilities: Ensure the physical infrastructure of the site is up to date and meets minimum operational standards. Manage payments and resources related to site facilities, ensuring proper allocation and utilization. Monitor and control service providers at the site, ensuring compliance with established quality standards. Maintain continuous communication with area management, providing strategic information for tactical and strategic decision-making. Generate reports, evaluations, and ongoing metrics to analyze the efficiency of sites, services, and solutions provided. Collaborate in the implementation of improvements and solutions to optimize facilities management across company locations. Skills & Qualifications: Hard & Soft Skills: Self-taught and proactive Ability to work under pressure Dynamic and organized Strong communication and coordination skills Spanish language proficiency is highly desirable
