Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Bakery Manager, located in Nairobi County, Kenya. The Bakery Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily bakery operations, managing staff, ensuring food safety standards are met, and maintaining inventory control. Additional tasks include scheduling, budgeting, customer service, and developing new bakery products. The Bakery Manager will ensure high-quality baked goods, handle supplies, and resolve customer inquiries and complaints to guarantee exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

  • Experience and skills in Bakery and Baking
  • Proficiency in Customer Service
  • Knowledge of Food Safety standards and practices
  • Skills in Inventory Control
  • Strong leadership and management abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks
  • Degree or certification in baking, culinary arts, or a related field is an advantage
