What You'll Do:

  • Lead the design and development of advanced full-stack GenAI solutions tailored to business and user needs.
  • Architect and enhance low-code/no-code systems to make powerful AI tools accessible to non-technical users.
  • Guide and mentor junior developers, promoting best practices in GenAI, system design, and integration.
  • Spearhead the development and optimization of APIs and AI pipelines, ensuring seamless interoperability across platforms and services.
  • Stay ahead of trends in GenAI, automation, and developer tools, and drive continuous improvement across our solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define strategic AI capabilities and deliver client-ready outcomes.

What You Bring:

  • 5+ years of experience in full-stack development, with at least 2+ years hands-on in Generative AI technologies.
  • Knowledge of OpenAI (ChatGPT, Whisper, DALL·E), Claude, n8n, and related GenAI frameworks.
  • Strong background in designing API architectures, backend services, and data pipelines.
  • Experience with low-code/no-code tools (such as Make, Zapier, Bubble, or similar) and integration best practices.
  • Strong leadership, team collaboration, and mentoring abilities.
  • Excellent communication and project scoping skills; able to translate complex technical ideas into strategic business value.
