Role Description

This is a contract role for an Independent Consultant. The role is a hybrid position, located in Mombasa with some work-from-home options. The Independent Consultant will be responsible for offering expert advice and strategies to clients, conducting research and analysis, developing project plans, and implementing solutions. Daily tasks might also include client meetings, progress reporting, and continuous improvement assessments.

Qualifications

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Proven experience in project management and planning
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
  • Flexibility to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field
  • Experience in consulting or related fields a plus
