Urgent requirement for Supply Chain Lead – Mombasa Hub (East Africa) - managing large warehouse and logistics operations is required for our clients in Mombasa Hub (East Africa)

Lead and develop a 20–30 member supply chain team and 3P workforce , Lubricants experience is MUST

Strong experience in Domestic + Export Supply Chain Management MustStrong experience in Deep Transportation & Logistics Expertise – Inbound, outbound, last-mile, freight negotiation, DIFOT accountability is Must

Strong experience in Demand Planning & Inventory Control – Forecast-to-supply planning, FIFO/FEFO, high inventory accuracy is Must

Strong experience on Supply Chain Controls & Compliance – SOP-driven operations, audits, governance, regulatory discipline is MUST

Lead and optimize end-to-end supply chain operations from the consolidated Mombasa hub, ensuring efficient warehouse operations, robust logistics, regulatory compliance, and high service levels across domestic and export markets.

Candidates must have:

  1. Managed both Domestic & Export Supply Chains
  1. Hands-on responsibility for local distribution and international export operations
  2. Strong exposure to import/export documentation, customs, and cross-border logistics
  1. Deep Expertise in Transportation & Logistics
  1. End-to-end logistics management (inbound, outbound, last-mile, and exports)
  2. Carrier management, route optimization, freight negotiations, DIFOT ownership
  1. MNC-Level Supply Chain Exposure
  1. Experience working within structured, multinational environments
  2. Strong understanding of supply chain controls, compliance processes, governance, and demand planning

Lead warehouse, inventory, logistics, and order fulfillment operations from Mombasa hubManage domestic distribution across Kenya and export shipments across East AfricaOversee transportation planning, freight partners, customs agents, and logistics complianceDrive inventory accuracy, FIFO/FEFO, and optimal stockholdingSupport demand planning, production coordination (toll blending), and material availabilityEnsure ERP (Oracle preferred) accuracy for orders, pricing, invoicing, and inventoryMaintain regulatory compliance (KEBS, KRA) and HSSE standardsLead and develop a 20–30 member supply chain team and 3P workforce
