Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate Legal Counsel located in Nairobi County, Kenya. The Associate Legal Counsel will be responsible for providing legal advice, preparing legal documents, and negotiating contracts. The Associate Legal Counsel will also address various legal issues and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in Law and providing Legal Advice
  • Skilled in Contract Negotiation and handling Legal Issues
  • Experience in Legal Document Preparation
  • Strong analytical and research skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent law degree
  • Admitted to the Bar in Kenya
  • At least 2 years experience
