Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents to ensure compliance with company policies and applicable laws.
  • Provide legal advice to management and departments on various business matters.
  • Ensure the organization's operations comply with statutory and regulatory requirements.
  • Support the development and implementation of company policies, procedures, and internal controls.
  • Handle legal research and prepare reports, memoranda, and opinions on diverse legal issues.
  • Manage and coordinate external legal counsel when necessary.
  • Represent the company in legal proceedings or liaise with relevant authorities and stakeholders.
  • Monitor changes in laws and regulations that may affect the organization's operations.
  • Support dispute resolution, litigation management, and contract enforcement.
  • Maintain legal records and documentation in an organized and confidential manner.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized institution.
  • Admission to the bar or relevant legal practicing certificate.
  • Minimum of
    3–5 years
    of experience in a legal or corporate environment.
  • In-depth understanding of corporate, commercial, labor, and regulatory law.
  • Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
