The CTO leads all engineering efforts across driver app, client dashboard, APIs, routing, and back-end infrastructure. This role sets the technical vision and ensures the platform is scalable, secure, fast, and built to enterprise-grade quality.

Responsibilities:

Define technical architecture for company tech products (apps + marketplace + admin).

Build and lead the engineering team (frontend, backend, mobile, AI, security).

Oversee development of MVP and long-term platform evolution.

Choose tech stack, DevOps pipeline, infrastructure, and databases.

Ensure the platform supports real-time delivery operations.

Maintain reliability (99.9% uptime), security, and data protection.

Build scalable routing, GPS, tracking, and notification systems.

Collaborate with CPO on product features and timelines.

Lead code reviews, system audits, and scalability planning.

Prepare technical documentation for investors and partners.

Required Skills:

Expert in / Go, AWS, PostgreSQL, Redis

Deep experience with dispatching systems, routing, real-time tracking

Strong understanding of mobile architecture (iOS/Android)

Experience scaling apps from 0 → 100,000+ users

Strong leadership + ability to build and mentor teams

Experience integrating payment systems (Stripe)

Knowledge of security, encryption, API authentication
