Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Relationship Officer based in Nakuru and Eldoret, Kenya. The Relationship Officer will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, handling customer inquiries, driving sales of financial products, and ensuring excellent customer service. Additionally, the officer will contribute to achieving financial targets by promoting loan products, providing financial guidance and assistance, and keeping clients informed about various investment opportunities. As a key point of contact, the Relationship Officer will also work to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Responsibilities

-Promote Sales.

-Manage and nurture relationships with new and existing clients.

-Conduct credit assessments and prepare proposals.

-Monitor and manage credit portfolio performance.

-Promote and cross-sell credit products to achieve sales targets.

-Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

-Degree/ Diploma in Business, Finance, or related field.

-Experience in a credit company, specifically logbook loans.

-Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.

-Knowledge of credit risk management and financial analysis.
