Role Description

This is an intern role, on-site role located in Mombasa for an Accounting Human Resources professional. The role involves managing human resources functions such as implementing HR policies and handling personnel management. The role will also include managing financial records, budgeting, and contributing to the overall operational efficiency of the organization.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) practices, including HR Management and HR Policies
  • Experience with Employee Benefits administration and Personnel Management
  • Strong organizational and financial accounting skills
  • Understanding of labor laws and regulatory compliance
  • Effective communication and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience in the inspection, testing, or certification industry is an advantage
