  • Monitor and troubleshoot any issues related to tree maintenance on lands, ensuring trees are properly maintained and protected for the duration of the project.
  • Provide ongoing educational support, ensuring that farmers are equipped to meet the requirements of the reforestation program and maintain healthy trees.
  • Organize and coordinate workshops, field days, and community events to share knowledge and best practices among participating farmers.
  • Coordinate the identification, sensitization, and signing of necessary documentation for landowners to access additional revenue streams such as agrocommodity or beekeeping.
  • Ensure the team is effectively managing a portfolio of landowners, balancing the needs and expectations of each landowner with the objectives of the reforestation program.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that all processes, from landowner onboarding to post-project follow-up, are progressing smoothly and effectively.
  • Track and document key success metrics, including farmer satisfaction, economic benefits, and environmental outcomes.
  • Regularly review progress against KPIs and adjust strategies as needed to ensure targets are met.
  • Perform ghost calls or visit landowners directly with the team to ensure that messaging and support is consistent across the organization and that farmers are receiving the best possible service.
