Channel Sales Manager

Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for the channel sales of the company's products, expanding and maintaining sales channels to ensure sales targets are met. This includes identifying potential partners, and managing relationships with key stakeholders.
- Develop new customers by identifying and targeting potential clients, conducting sales presentations, and closing deals. Maintain existing customer relationships by providing excellent customer service, addressing any issues or concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Conduct market research to gather market information, analyze competitors, and formulate effective sales strategies. This involves staying up-to-date with industry trends, understanding the competitive landscape, and identifying opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional activities, campaigns, and events to increase brand awareness and market share. Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to network and promote the company's products.
Required Skills/Knowledge & Experiences
- At least 3 years of experience in channel sales, with network datacom or Storage solution experience preferred.
- Experience in selling or working with brands such as Huawei, Cisco, DELL, Fortinet, Ubquiti, and familiarity with industry dynamics and market trends. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, capable of independently developing the market. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and colleagues.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically and creatively.
- Team player with a collaborative mindset, willing to share knowledge and support colleagues. Willingness to travel frequently to meet with clients and attend industry events
Educational Background
- Bachelor or above
