Overview:We seek a dynamic and results -driven property sales lead to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is passionate about real estate, excels in interpersonal communication, and has a proven track record in sales. As a property sales lead, you will drive our company's success by generating leads, converting prospects into clients, and delivering exceptional service throughout the buying process.Key Responsibilities:Lead Generation & Conversion: Identify, generate, and nurture leads to convert them into clients.Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring a seamless buying experience.Market Analysis & Research: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to provide clients with up -to -date information and insights.Property Showcasing: Arrange and conduct property site visits and presentations for potential buyers.Marketing & Advertising: Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote properties, including online and offline campaigns.Sales Reporting: Track and report on sales performance, ensuring targets are met or exceeded. RequirementsProven 2 - 3 years of experience in property sales or a similar role.Diploma or degree in real estate, sales & marketing, business administration, or a related field.Strong knowledge of the real estate market and property trends.Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong organizational and time -management skills.Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
