POSITIONOVERVIEWWe are seeking a motivated andresults -driven Sales Representative to join our team in Kenya. As a SalesRepresentative specializing in prepaid and smart metering solutions, you willplay a pivotal role in expanding our market presence and driving revenuegrowth. Your primary focus will be on promoting and selling our range ofprepaid and smart metering products to potential clients, establishing strongrelationships, and achieving sales targets.RESPONSIBILITIES: · Identify, target, and engagepotential clients in the Kenyan market who could benefit from our prepaid andsmart metering solutions.· Conduct thorough marketresearch to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitivelandscape, and incorporate findings into your sales approach.· Develop and maintain a robustsales pipeline, utilizing CRM tools to track leads, opportunities, and salesactivities.· Present our prepaid and smartmetering products and solutions to clients, effectively articulating their features,benefits, and value propositions.· Negotiate pricing, terms, andcontracts with clients while ensuring alignment with company policies andrevenue goals.· Collaborate closely with thetechnical and support teams to ensure seamless implementation and customersatisfaction post -sale.· Stay up -to -date with advancementsin prepaid and smart metering technologies, regulations, and industry bestpractices.· Provide regular sales reports,market feedback, and insights to the sales manager to inform strategic decision -making. RequirementsQUALIFICATIONS:· Previous experience in B2Bsales, ideally within the Real -Estate Construction, energy, utilities, or technology sectors, is highlydesirable.· Strong understanding of prepaidand smart metering systems, their benefits and applications· Proven track record of meetingor exceeding sales targets and quotas.· Exceptional communication andinterpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influencedecision -makers.· Self -motivated and able to workindependently, while also being a team player.· Proficient in using CRMsoftware and Microsoft Office suite.· Knowledge of the Kenyan energymarket and regulatory environment is a plus.· Valid driver's license andwillingness to travel within the region as required BenefitsCompetitive base salary with commission and performance -based incentives.
