Senior HR Business Partner
to lead people initiatives across the African region. This role combines
strategic advisory
,
operational excellence
, and
regional leadership
to support business goals and enhance employee experience.
Responsibilities
Strategic HR Partnership
- Collaborate with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational objectives
- Advise on performance management, workforce planning, and change initiatives
- Utilize HR analytics to inform decision-making and drive insights
Regional HR Leadership
- Lead cross-border HR projects focused on transformation and standardization
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws
- Partner with shared services and centers of excellence to enhance HR delivery
Employee Experience & Wellbeing
- Develop and implement wellbeing programs tailored to regional needs
- Drive engagement through feedback mechanisms and targeted initiatives
- Promote inclusive and culturally relevant HR practices
Talent Development & Organizational Change
- Coach managers on leadership development and team effectiveness
- Support restructuring and talent planning with strategic guidance
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and high performance
Compliance & Employee Relations
- Navigate complex labor environments with discretion and professionalism
- Lead equity and inclusion efforts aligned with regional mandates
- Manage employee relations with integrity and fairness
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field; Master's preferred
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience with strategic and operational exposure
- Strong knowledge of employment legislation and regional compliance
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and presentation
- Demonstrated success in transformation, leadership coaching, and change management
