Now, we're seeking a
Marketing & Growth Strategist
— a thinker, storyteller, and strategist who can design and drive our marketing engine across people, partners, and policy.
The Role
You will lead the strategy, planning, and execution of Care360's marketing and communication initiatives.
This is not a posting or design role — it's about
understanding people, creating markets, and converting trust into traction.
You'll work directly with the CEO and divisional leads to position Care360 as the most trusted name in health training, homecare, and recovery services in East Africa.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategy & Growth
- Develop and execute marketing strategies for Training, Homecare, and Step-Down facilities.
- Design go-to-market plans for new courses, care packages, and wellness services.
- Build segmented lead funnels for individuals, hospitals, corporates, and government partners.
- Use data and insights to improve conversion rates across campaigns.
2. Digital & Brand Marketing
- Lead digital strategy across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google, and website channels.
- Oversee paid campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads) and ensure ROI-positive performance.
- Supervise content creation, storytelling, and brand consistency across branches.
3. Relationship & Institutional Marketing
- Build partnerships with hospitals, NGOs, and county governments for training and referral programs.
- Design marketing collateral and presentations for institutional partnerships.
- Support the CEO and relationship managers in crafting proposals and public narratives.
4. Communication & Reputation
- Manage brand communication — internal and external.
- Lead storytelling for success stories, alumni impact, and media engagements.
- Oversee reporting, PR events, and brand campaigns like "Elder Care Week" or "Mental Health Awareness Month."

- You enjoy turning problems into positioning and data into direction.
- You understand Kenyan audiences — from parents and patients to professionals and policymakers.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in
Marketing, Communications, Business, or Healthcare Management. - 5–8 years' experience in
marketing, communications, or business development
— ideally in healthcare, education, or social impact sectors. - Proven record of increasing
conversion rates
and managing 7–8 figure annual ad budgets. - Deep knowledge of
digital marketing tools
(Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, CRM systems). - Exceptional writing, communication, and analytical skills.
- Comfortable managing people, agencies, and multiple projects simultaneously.
