Business Development Manager

Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement business development strategies aligned with organizational goals.
Identify potential clients, market segments, and business opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Conduct market research to understand competitor trends, pricing, and market demands.
Prepare business proposals, presentations, and negotiate contracts.
Work closely with internal teams (sales, marketing, product, operations) to align offerings with market needs.
Track sales metrics and report performance to senior management.
Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking activities to expand business reach.
Monitor customer satisfaction and ensure long-term business relationships.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
5+ years of proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.
Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer needs.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-driven with the ability to work independently and under pressure.
Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office, and market analysis tools.
