Role Description

We are seeking a Data Analyst who will be at the forefront of our mission to transform land into intelligent, future-proof assets. You'll leverage data and AI to optimize agricultural yields, real estate developments, and service delivery, embodying our vision of Kenya as an information hub for community-centric growth. This role is ideal for a data-driven innovator passionate about sustainable tech in emerging markets.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Analyze datasets from precision agrotech tools (e.g., soil sensors, drone imagery) to provide insights on land optimization and yield forecasting.
  2. Develop AI models for predictive analytics in real estate, such as energy efficiency in wellness estates or supply chain logistics.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data into operations, supporting decisions on community events and sustainable projects.
  4. Generate reports and dashboards using tools like Python, SQL, and Tableau to drive ethical, client-centered strategies.
  5. Contribute to thought leadership by aligning data insights with our founder's manifesto on land as a legacy.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's in Data Science, Computer Science, or related field; 2+ years in data analysis, preferably in agrotech or real estate.
  • Proficiency in Python/R, machine learning libraries (e.g., Scikit-learn), and data visualization tools.
  • Experience with AI for land/resource optimization; knowledge of East African markets a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with a passion for sustainability and community impact.

Job Type & Workplace

Contract-to-Hire (6-12 months contract, convertible to full-time). Fully remote or hybrid (3 days remote, 2 in co-working space in Nairobi).
