Profile summary:
CASA is seeking a commercially focused General Manager to lead its marketing and brand engagement portfolio. This role sits at the intersection of business growth and creative production — responsible for turning great content into measurable revenue, strong partnerships, and lasting brand equity. The GM will manage the sales, marketing, and content creation teams to deliver cohesive, high-performing campaigns that align commercial objectives with CASA Nexus' creative and social impact mission.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute commercial strategies that drive revenue growth across CASA media platforms.
- Lead marketing and content teams in planning, producing, and distributing impactful digital campaigns for clients and in-house brands.
- Identify new business opportunities in digital advertising, branded content, influencer marketing, and media partnerships.
- Manage the full content production cycle — from ideation and scripting to execution and analytics — ensuring all outputs meet business and brand goals.
- Build, mentor, and manage a diverse team of content creators, marketers, and account managers to achieve budget goals.
- Oversee client relationship management and ensure timely, high-quality delivery of creative and commercial projects.
- Use data and market insights to inform product development, pricing, and audience engagement strategies.
- Strengthen CASA's brand positioning through consistent storytelling, innovation, and measurable engagement outcomes.
- Collaborate with finance and operations teams to align marketing budgets, revenue projections, and growth targets.
Qualifications and Experience.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial marketing, media management, or digital agency management.
- Proven record of driving sales growth and managing creative or content-driven teams.
- Strong understanding of digital platforms, analytics, and audience engagement.
- Demonstrated success in turning marketing strategies into tangible financial results.
- Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
- Ability to balance creative vision with business discipline.
