This role is pivotal in bridging complex AI technologies with actionable, user -friendly documentation for internal teams, developers, and stakeholders, with a focus on supporting MetaCap projects and clients. Requirements Key Responsibilities: Technical Documentation Management: Create, edit, and maintain technical documentation for AI systems, including but not limited to: System architecture overviews and design specifications.API documentation and developer guides.User manuals and troubleshooting resources.Data pipeline and algorithm workflows.Technical reports and project summaries.Ensure all documentation aligns with MetaCap project objectives, technical standards, and client expectations.AI -Powered Documentation Creation:Utilize AI tools and platforms (e.g., Key AI Platforms) to draft, optimize, and streamline technical documentation processes.Automate repetitive documentation tasks to enhance efficiency and consistency.Content Development for AI Systems:Develop clear, concise documentation for internal teams and MetaCap clients, including system usage guides and onboarding materials, leveraging tools like Zoho One Applications and Google Workspace.Create technical content for knowledge bases, training modules (via Moodle), and system updates.Draft detailed system performance reports and integration summaries using Microsoft and Zoho Analytics platforms.Cross -Department Collaboration:Partner with AI engineers, data scientists, and project managers to document system functionalities, updates, and requirements for MetaCap projects.Translate complex AI concepts and technical processes into accessible, audience -specific documentation, utilizing platforms like Zoho One and Google Workspace for collaboration.Quality Assurance:Perform regular audits of technical documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with MetaCap standards and client needs.Update documentation to reflect system upgrades, new features, or evolving best practices.Knowledge Management:Establish and maintain a centralized repository for AI systems documentation using tools like Google Workspace, Moodle or Zoho One Applications.Implement version control and access management protocols to ensure document integrity.Performance Monitoring and Reporting:Assess the usability and impact of technical documentation through feedback and usage metrics, tracked via Microsoft Dynamics or Zoho One.Report to leadership on documentation gaps, user needs, and improvement opportunities for MetaCap projects and clients.AI Tools Exploration:Stay current on Key AI Platforms and recommend innovative solutions for documentation enhancement.Train team members on leveraging AI -driven tools and platforms like Moodle for documentation and training tasks. Qualifications: Education: Degree in Technical Writing, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). Experience:3+ years in technical writing, preferably with a focus on AI, software, or systems documentation. Proven ability to produce high -quality technical documents for diverse audiences. Technical Skills:Proficiency as a power user of Zoho One Applications, Google Workspace, Microsoft Dynamics, Moodle, and Key AI Platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, or similar).Expertise in using AI tools for writing and documentation automation.Familiarity with documentation platforms like Confluence, GitHub, or ReadTheDocs. Basic understanding of AI concepts (e.g., machine learning, APIs, data processing). Soft Skills:Exceptional written communication and attention to detail.Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple documentation projects.Comfortable meeting deadlines in a fast -paced, tech -driven environment. Benefits Compensation and Contract Details: Retainer: Flat rate: 60,000 KES for managing documentation needs for MetaCap projects and clients. Hours: Full -time, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
