What You'll Do

  • Content Creation
    : Write high-quality articles, market reports, industry analyses, and feature stories focused on East African real estate markets
  • Content Strategy
    : Develop and implement content calendars that align with market trends and audience interests
  • Social Media Management
    : Manage and grow our presence across LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, and other platforms
  • Industry Research
    : Stay current with real estate trends, policy changes, and market developments across East Africa
  • Editorial Support
    : Edit and proofread content from contributors and guest writers

What We're Looking For

Essential Requirements:

  • Proven experience in real estate writing or deep knowledge of the real estate industry
  • Strong understanding of East African property markets (Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Rwanda preferred)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Experience managing social media platforms for professional brands
  • Knowledge of content management systems and basic SEO principles
  • Ability to translate complex real estate concepts into accessible content

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in real estate, property development, or financial services
  • Familiarity with design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
  • Understanding of digital marketing and analytics tools
  • Network within East Africa's real estate community
