About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled Commercial Engineer to lead fleet management operations and commercial sales for a rapidly growing company in Kenya's electric mobility and fleet solutions sector.
The ideal candidate is a self-driven, ambitious, and results-oriented professional with a strong background in engineering, electric mobility, and commercial business development.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage corporate fleet operations, ensuring efficiency and reliability.
- Drive sales growth and develop strategic partnerships within the e-mobility sector.
- Develop and execute commercial strategies for sustainable transport adoption.
- Coordinate with technical and engineering teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.
- Provide technical expertise and support in EV systems and fleet technologies.
- Prepare sales forecasts, proposals, and reports for management review.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering (required).
- Proven experience in fleet management, e-mobility, or automotive sales.
- Strong understanding of EV technologies, charging systems, and fleet operations.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and client relationship management skills.
- Demonstrated commercial acumen and ability to close high-value deals.
- High level of integrity, independence, and goal orientation.
