We're Hiring: Sales Manager – Greenhouse Irrigation

Based in Kenya - relocation required

Are you passionate about sustainable agriculture and precision irrigation? Do you have a proven track record in B2B sales within the greenhouse or controlled environment agriculture sector?

We're looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to lead our commercial efforts in delivering cutting-edge irrigation solutions to greenhouse growers across the region.

What You'll Do:
  • Drive new business development and manage key client relationships
  • Understand client needs and tailor irrigation solutions accordingly
  • Collaborate with Agronomists, Engineers, and distribution partners
  • Stay ahead of market trends and competitor activity
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to strategic growth

What You Bring:
  • 5+ years of sales experience in the irrigation or greenhouse industry
  • Strong knowledge of drip/micro-irrigation systems and fertigation
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills
  • A background in horticulture, agronomy, or agricultural engineering is a plus
  • Willingness to travel as needed
