Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Secretary, based in Nairobi County, Kenya. The Executive Secretary will be responsible for handling clerical tasks, providing executive administrative assistance, managing company secretarial work, and delivering excellent customer service. Day-to-day tasks will include scheduling meetings, making travel arrangements, managing correspondence, organizing files, taking minutes during meetings, and assisting in various administrative duties to support the executive team.
Qualifications
- Clerical Skills and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
- Proficiency in Communication and Customer Service skills
- Experience with Company Secretarial Work
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
- Minimum 6 years experience as a PA of which 3 years must have been with senior management
