RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee and lead the execution of comprehensive Brand Plan strategy supported and co-created with assigned business units, ensuring alignment with KCB Group brand strategy and policies, leveraging market insights to drive business growth.
  • Lead product commercialization, oversee launches, pricing strategies, and promotional activities to maximize sales and market penetration in existing markets.
  • Collaborate with product owners and business teams to develop effective marketing systems for bank products.
  • Ensure consistency in marketing products and services across the Group while addressing local uniqueness.
  • Provide expert support in developing marketing strategies for Business Functions within the Subsidiaries.
  • Evaluate marketing performance, identify improvements, and optimize strategies for ROI.
  • Develop metrics to measure marketing impact on the bottom line.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and agencies, ensuring innovative media plans and material.
  • Manage marketing budget and guide the marketing team towards achieving results.
