RESPONSIBILITIES

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Specialist located in Nairobi County, Kenya. As a Human Resources Specialist, you will be responsible for managing HR policies, employee benefits, personnel management, performance management, and ensuring compliance with HR regulations. You will also handle HR management tasks such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations. The Human Resources Specialist will play a critical role in supporting the HR department and ensuring the effective management of human resources within the organization.
