EMR audits on 100% of all Clinicians monthly. 100% of planned Continuous Medical Education sessions.
96 Billing audits - Prescription Vs Dispensed - Monthly.
100% Update of quality dashboard-Daily.
100% of patient complains related to doctors and clinical officers closed.
Improvement of Quality audit score of allocated medical Centre's to ≥60%.
100% compliance to incident management. . 100% attendance of monthly review meetings.
100% tracking of reported risks including development of mitigation measures

Requirements
Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery . Masters Degree
Registered by the Kenya Medical Practitioners and Dentists board.
Valid Practice License and Professional Indemnity.

Experience

7+ years of experience.

Technical skills/Leadership competencies

Certificate/ good grasp in quality methodologies.
ACLS/ATLS/BLS Certification.
Wide knowledge of the health industry. Proficiency in computer application packages.
Ability to work under minimum supervision.
Proven leadership, communication, interpersonal and decision-making skills.
Self-motivation and ability to work under minimum supervision.
