JOB SUMMARY

As the Sales Manager,you will play a vital role in leading our sales team with a key focus in revenuegrowth and customer acquisition. Youare the right candidate because you have a strong background in salesmanagement, with a proven trackrecord of driving sales growth, maximizing sales team potential, crafting sales plansThe key objective ofthis role is to maximize revenue growth whilst ensuring customer satisfaction.Success in this rolecould potentially lead to an opportunity as either Head of Sales or GeneralManager.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. You will be in charge of managing and coordinating activities & operations of the sales executives team working in different areas of Kenya,namely; Nairobi, Rift valley, Western;Nyanza, Eastern; Makueni,Machakos, Kajiado and Central(Mt all counties2. You will set individual & team goals, track performance, analyze sales reports, reallocate targets as necessary, and document team performance.3. Managingrecruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales executives.4. Ensure timely and data-driven reporting, conveying productjourney on an agreed timeline.5. Own recruiting, objectives setting, coachingand performance monitoring of sales representatives.6. Responsible for ensuringhigh morale and motivation of the sales team.7. Preparing sales reports with critical targets,trends, and highlights on a timely basis,and analyzing data to improvesales approach across the funnel.8. Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands the company's customer base and ensuresits strong presence.9. Develop andimplement strategies for your team and ensure that sales operations are carried out efficiently.10. Build a sales roadmap,including new markets identification while being fully aware of new productsand competition status.11. Work togetherwith the sales team to develop and market struggling SKUs; creatively come up with innovative cross-selling andpromotional strategies for slow-moving SKUs, using market insights to create effectiveplans for boostingthe performance of these SKUs inthe market.12. You will be responsible for implementing creativesolutions to improvesales performance and increase marketshare.
