Your success will not only help us expand our reach, but you will be part of cutting-edge technology on a mission to disrupt how organizations hire.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Developing new business and long-term account opportunities with an effective end to end sales process.Prospecting and lead generation to ensure a constant sales pipeline.Client needs assessment to understand what challenges potential clients face through a consultative approach.Testing and selling different business models that maximize value for both the Company and the Client.Responsible for successfully handing over converted subscription sales to the AX team.Responsible for inputting all client information on Pipedrive including product feature requests and escalating to the product team.Working with the Account Excellence team to ensure proper Account Management.Providing regular feedback on the sales process and business models.Skills and Requirements:5+ years of experience in B2B sales or a related role with strong knack for networking and building lasting relationshipsExperience selling SAAS products is an added advantageProven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail.Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) along with organizational skills and the ability to multi-task.Ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines.Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs.What we offer:Impactful Work: Contribute to solving one of the most significant challenges of our time in career development.Work in a diverse and international team, collaborating with colleagues from different countriesProfessional Growth: Benefit from in-depth onboarding and continuous support and coaching to help you grow in your career.Data-Driven Culture: Operate in a data-driven environment where you can directly see the impact of your work.Remote Flexibility: Enjoy the flexibility to work remotely
