JOB SUMMARY

We are searching for a passionate and detail-oriented Software Quality Assurance Engineer (QA) to join our growing team In this role, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the quality and functionality of our web, mobile, and API applications.You will primarily focus on testing platform integrations using APIs and implementing best practices for integration testing. We offer a collaborative work environment where you'll work closely with product managers and software engineers to deliver high-quality products.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities:Design, develop, and execute test plans and test cases for web, mobile, and API applications.Perform thorough integration testing using APIs, ensuring seamless communication between different platforms.Identify and report bugs and defects through a designated bug tracking system (e.g.,Jira, ADO).Collaborate with product managers and software engineers to understand product requirements and translate them into effective test strategies.Participate in code reviews to identify potential issues early in the development process.Stay up to date with the latest QA methodologies and best practices.Qualifications:
• 3-5 years of experience in software quality assurance testing.
• Experience testing web, mobile, and/or API applications (a plus for all three).
• Strong understanding of integration testing principles and methodologies.
• Experience working in Agile development environments.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Proficient in writing clear and concise test cases.
• Experience with Jira and/or ADO for bug tracking (preferred).
• Previous experience with TestRail (a plus).
• Experience working in the HCM (Human Capital Management) industry (a plus).Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with automation testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress).
• Experience with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner).
• Experience with cloud-based testing platforms (e.g., Sauce Labs, BrowserStack)
