RESPONSIBILITIES

  • The role involves monitoring the core banking system to ensure optimal performance and availability, including interfaces and channels. Managing backups from various sources (e.g., systems, databases, servers) and ensuring successful retrieval and restoration upon request. Monitoring network and networked resources (e.g., ATMs) to minimize downtime and financial implications. Running T24 close of business processes to update the bank's general ledger and PL positions for daily financial reporting.
