Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Mobility Inventory Manager to join our team. This individual will oversee daily inventory operations and manage a team of inventory personnel.

The successful candidate will be responsible for owning the demand planning for the Mobility team, securing supply for mobility inventory, and ensuring accurate inventory tracking while maintaining optimal stock levels.

This role requires strategic leadership and collaboration with Retail, Sales, Product Managers to support overall inventory goals and improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage centralized branding and refurbishment operations, including grading to refurbishing and redeploying assets for their second life on finance.
  • Design smart stock flows for today's branches and tomorrow's expansion into new counties and regions.
  • Drive high-performance 3PL partnerships across first-, mid-, and reverse-mile moves, setting iron-clad SLAs for speed, loss-and-damage, and cost efficiency.
  • Execute end-to-end physical audits and real-time system reconciliations while surfacing sharp analytics on inventory performance.
Requirements

We are looking for someone with a Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Candidates should have effective leadership and team management abilities with experience in inventory management and overall supply chain processes.

Excellent MS Excel skills are essential, along with strong data analysis capabilities and experience tracking KPIs.
