Sagan is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outbound Calling Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for establishing rapport with potential clients, presenting our products and services, and setting up targeted weekly appointments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish Rapport with Prospects:
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls, texts, and emails to connect with assigned prospects.
- Build strong relationships with prospects and create a positive impression of our products and services.
- Aim to achieve targeted weekly appointments by effectively engaging with prospects and assessing their suitability.
- Present Products/Services:
- Clearly introduce and present our products and services in a compelling manner to generate interest.
- Qualify leads by asking relevant questions to identify potential opportunities.
- Maintain Records:
- Keep detailed and accurate records of all interactions with prospects in the CRM.
- Track progress, manage follow-ups, and ensure data accuracy in the CRM.
- Follow-up:
- Follow up with prospects who have shown interest, ensuring ongoing engagement until they are ready for further sales conversations.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of one (1) year of experience in inbound or outbound sales, business development, or account management.
- Track Record: Proven success in meeting targets and generating leads through outbound communication.
Skills:
- Strong communication skills with a friendly, professional phone manner.
- Resilience and persistence when handling rejection.
- Ability to adapt communication styles to meet the needs of various prospects.
