Job Description:

As a Digital Finance Transformation Lead, your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute a comprehensive digital transformation roadmap for our accounting department. This will involve identifying opportunities for automation, digitalization, and innovation to improve efficiency and accuracy across various accounting functions.

You will lead the evaluation, selection, and implementation of digital tools and software, such as ERP systems, AI-powered accounting tools, and cloud-based solutions. Collaboration with IT, vendors, and cross-functional teams will be essential to ensure seamless integration of new technology into existing systems.

In addition, you will redesign key accounting processes to maximize automation and reduce manual intervention. This may involve areas such as accounts payable/receivable, financial reporting, and compliance. Utilizing data analytics and visualization tools will be critical to improving real-time reporting capabilities and enhancing decision-making.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess strong knowledge of ERP systems, automation tools, and data visualization software (Power BI, Tableau). Familiarity with process mapping, change management, and digital finance transformation frameworks is also highly desirable.

A proven track record of leading digital transformation projects within finance or accounting is essential. You should have excellent project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to drive change and influence stakeholders, are also required.
