About the Position:

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Junior Finance Professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing various accounting duties, such as preparing invoices, cash flow preparation, and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Prepare invoices and cash flow statements.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
  • Perform reconciliations for bank, M-Pesa, and cash accounts.
  • Conduct financial analysis to evaluate project profitability, cash flow projections, and return on investment.
  • Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards, relevant tax regulations.

Requirements:

  • Candidate should hold a CPA Intermediate Level certification or Diploma in Finance/Audit.
  • A minimum of 2 years' work experience in a busy work environment is required.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems, as well as Microsoft Office suite, is essential.
  • Excellent knowledge in accounting principles, financial reporting tools, and QuickBooks is necessary.
  • Able to maintain high levels of confidentiality, integrity, and attention to detail.
