Senior Associate Role in Clean Energy Access

This is a challenging role that requires a detail-oriented and organized professional to support the development of clean energy access initiatives.

As a Senior Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation and coordination of our clean energy access initiatives, acting as a bridge between internal program operations and key external stakeholders.

  1. Support the design and implementation of monitoring and evaluation (M&E) frameworks that capture program impact, learning, and effectiveness.
  2. Coordinate input from program, M&E, and communications teams to develop clear and compelling donor-facing reports and presentations.
  3. Gather and synthesize data, stories, and lessons learned to highlight outcomes and align with our strategic messaging.
Key Requirements
  • 5 years+ of experience in program management, operations, or a related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with budgeting and financial management.
  • Knowledge of M&E frameworks and practices.
