Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Operations Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day activities of our airline. This key role requires strategic thinking, effective communication, and strong leadership skills.

  • To manage and direct the operation and team in accordance with established procedures and principles for optimal resource allocation and maximum efficiency.
  • To ensure seamless service delivery to passengers by controlling welcome, farewell, accompaniment, lounge, fast track, and loyalty program operations.
  • To prepare and implement daily work plans for employees to guarantee uninterrupted services.
  • To verify employee adherence to uniform, hair, makeup, and code of conduct standards during working hours.
  • To report any discrepancies or malfunctions to the Operations Manager for prompt resolution.
  • To monitor and control documentation processes, such as passenger lists and usage reports, to maintain accurate records.
  • To oversee catering, cleaning, and other lounge services to enhance passenger satisfaction and experience.
  • To provide necessary support and guidance to employees on performance management, career development, and training processes.
  • To contribute to ISO 9001, ISO 10002, and ISO 45001 system implementation within the unit and participate in risk assessment studies.
Requirements

Education: Associate degree

Professional / Technical Knowhow:

 Operation Management, Sales, Marketing. Total Professional Experience: 3 Years + Functional Experience:

Managerial Experience:

Language: English / Intermediate

Computer: Experienced in MS Office applications, ERP applications (preferably Oracle)

  • Mandatory experience in airline or aviation settings
  • Decision Making skills: The job involves making small-scale decisions with minimal financial risk.

Contacted Environment: Routine relationships with departments and/or within the organization to obtain and provide information.

Error results: Occasional errors occur during work execution and control, mostly correctable with limited monetary impact.

The complexity of the work: Simple, routine tasks without significant variations.

Confidentiality: Limited access to confidential paperwork and information.
